For the second year in a row, Hayes Software Systems, a leading inventory control software development company, has been named one of the “Best Places to Work in Central Texas” by the Austin Business Journal. This year, Hayes Software Systems placed fourteenth in the highly competitive small business category, which includes companies up to 50 employees.
The luau themed “Best Places to Work in Austin” Awards luncheon was held at the AT&T Conference Center. Around 500 local company representatives packed the ballroom with their best Hawaiian shirts and hula skirts.
Each year, the Austin Business Journal receives applications for this award from hundreds of companies in Central Texas. Businesses are chosen based on confidential surveys of their employees, who are asked questions about the company’s culture, benefits and work environment.
Hayes Software Systems was named a finalist last month out of 170 overall nominations and was ranked 14th of the 26 finalists in the small business category.
Winning the large and medium business categories were Bazaarvoice and SailPoint respectively.
The event was a great experience for the Hayes Software Systems team and we are honored to have been acknowledged for our company culture and great employees.
